The World Forum
Based in Edinburgh, the World Forum is set to be an exciting opportunity bringing together the greatest progressive minds and leaders in farming and cattle breeding to challenge the entire supply chain to deliver best practice and ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.
Please note: Lunch, dinner and snacks are included each day (unless indicated as ‘free’ time in the below schedule). Please note: the provision of breakfast will depend on which hotel you select.

Wednesday, June 21st
All Day: Arrival into Edinburgh
12:00 Visit to Fordel Farm, (Fordel Herd)(light lunch provided)
18:30 Welcome reception at The Caledonian Hotel, with drinks and canapes (Dress code: Smart/Formal)

All registered World Forum delegates are invited to attend the historic Caledonian Hotel for drinks and canapes to kick start the 2017 forum. This is a great opportunity to connect with friends and colleagues from all over the world. Please note: accompanying guest tickets are available for purchase at this particular event.

All Day: Royal Highland Show (Day 2)
18:30 Group departure at the Royal Highland Show to Murrayfield Stadium
19:00 – late ‘A Taste of Scotch’ Reception at world famous Murrayfield Stadium
Our main social event, ‘A Taste of Scotch’ will be held at the world famous Murrayfield Stadium, home of the Scottish Rugby Union. Join us for a drink, great food and entertainment in this impressive setting!
Saturday, June 24th
All Day: Royal Highland Show (Day 3)
14:00 Pick up from Royal Highland Show to travel to Mosshall farm
14:30 – 17:00 Mosshall Farm, Red Angus breed
17:00 Depart from Mosshall Farm for Easter Howgate
17:30 – 19:30 Easter Howgate
19:30 Depart from Easter Howgate for Edinburgh (drop off at Principal and Roxburghe hotels, and Haymarket Railway Station)
Sunday, June 25th
10:00 – 17:00: Day 1 of Conference at the Assembly Rooms, George Street, Edinburgh: ‘From Consumption to Conception‘

Monday, June 26th
09:00 – 17:00: Day 2 of Conference at the Assembly Rooms, George Street, Edinburgh: ‘From Consumption to Conception‘
