We have created a user friendly online registration form that enables attendees to register for the World Forum, Tours, and also book accommodation and social event tickets all at the same time. There is also a ‘group booking’ function for those attendees who are travelling together.
2017 Registration Fees
Please note that all fees are in Pound Sterling (£GBP). Please click here to review the registration fees associated with booking a tour, and/or the World Forum. Please note that these fees do not include flights or accommodation. Accommodation for WAF 2017 can be booked when registering online.
What’s Included in Registration?
When registering for a farm tour, you have two options:
Full access to the chosen tour(s), including lunch, dinner and snacks (unless otherwise indicated in the schedule – please note, the provision of breakfast will depend on which hotel you select), ground transportation and all social events
Full access for the selected day(s), including lunch, dinner and snacks (unless otherwise indicated in the schedule – please note, the provision of breakfast will depend on which hotel you select), ground transportation and any social events scheduled on these days. Please note: You will be required to travel to the designated pick up point for the day you have registered to attend
Registering for the World Forum includes:
– Three day Royal Highland Show pass
– Three day local bus and tram ticket (for RHS access)
– Access to all Tours and Social Events
– Full access to the two day Conference (including coffee breaks and lunch)

Please note: For all tours, coach transportation is allocated only to those who have registered for a tour. If you plan on bringing an accompanying guest, they will be required to register separately for a tour to have a seat on the coach.
If you wish to bring a guest to any of the social functions, you can purchase additional tickets during registration.

Terms and Conditions of Registration
Notification of cancellations should be made by email to WAF2017@conferencepartners.com. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Cancellation – Registration / Tours
• Up to and including the 14th April 2017 the registration fee will be refunded less £20 administration fee
• After 14th April 2017 – No refunds on registration fees will be made.
• No shows will not be refunded
