What’s Included in Registration?
When registering for a farm tour, you have two options:
Full Tour: Full access to the chosen tour(s), including lunch, dinner and snacks (unless otherwise indicated in the schedule – please note, the provision of breakfast will depend on which hotel you select), coach transportation and all social events
Day rate: Full access for the selected day(s), including lunch, dinner and snacks (unless otherwise indicated in the schedule – please note, the provision of breakfast will depend on which hotel you select), coach transportation and any social events scheduled on these days. Please note for all day tickets, you will be required to travel to the designated pick up point for the day you have registered to attend

Registering for the World Forum includes:
– Three day Royal Highland Show pass
– Three day local tram ticket to the Royal Highland Show
– Access to all Tours and Social Events
– Full access to the two day Conference

Please note: that these fees do not include flights or accommodation. Accommodation for WAF 2017 can be booked when registering online.
Terms and Conditions of Registration
Notification of cancellations should be made by email to WAF2017@conferencepartners.com. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Cancellation – Registration / Tours
• Up to and including the 14th April 2017 the registration fee will be refunded less £20 administration fee
• After 14th April 2017 – No refunds on registration fees will be made.
• No shows will not be refunded
Yes, you can register groups of two or more (including couples), by clicking on the ‘register group’ button.
Whoever registers the group will be the group coordinator, who can either register the group members individually, or send them a link to register themselves. Payment for the entire group will be made by the group coordinator.
Please note: For all tours, coach transportation is allocated only to those who have registered for a tour. If you plan on bringing an accompanying guest, they will be required to register separately to have a seat on the coach.
If you wish to bring a guest to any of the social functions only, you can purchase additional tickets during registration.
For the farm tours, all attendees regardless of age will pay the same flat fee. Click here for more on the tours
For the World forum, children under the age of 16 gain free entry into the Royal Highland Show. If you wish to bring children to any of the social events, you can add extra tickets to your own registration when registering online. Click here for more information on the World Forum, Edinburgh.
The conference organisers have negotiated rates with local hotels for dates covering all the farm tours, and the World Forum in Edinburgh. You can book your hotel accommodation when registering for WAF 2017.
Please note the hotels will not receive a rooming list from us until approx. two weeks prior to the event. If you have any hotel queries please contact WAF2017@conferencepartners.com
If you wish to share a room – please only add accommodation to one registration and select either twin (two beds) or double (1 double bed) occupancy. You will then be requested to provide the name of the 2nd occupant of the room. When registering the 2nd occupant, please select ‘no accommodation required’. As accommodation has already been booked through the 1st registration.
If you require a hotel room for 3 or more people/family room, please book your accommodation directly with the hotel of your choice, rather than through the registration form.

For all tours, coach pick up will be available from all WAF approved hotels. To see a list of these hotels, click here. If you chose to stay elsewhere, we’ll designate a central pick up point that you’ll be required to get to each morning to access the bus.
For the World Forum in Edinburgh, you’ll be issued with a 3 day travel pass, to be used on all busses and trams throughout Edinburgh City, to get to and from the Royal Highland Show. For farm visits during the World Forum to Fordel, Mosshall and Easter Howgate, there will be a pick up point at the Royal Highland Show, in addition to pick up from both the Principal (previously named George) and Roxburghe hotels in Central Edinburgh.
For the England, Scotland and Ireland tours, there will be storage on the coach for your luggage. We advise carrying a smaller bag with essentials that you will require throughout the day, as your hold luggage may not always be easily accessible.
If you are planning to store larger items of luggage in Edinburgh, while attending the Ireland or Scotland tour, you will need to arrange this your self with your hotel.
WAF will not be providing transfers from Edinburgh to London, for individuals flying out of the UK via London. We recommend bearing this in mind when booking your return travel. There are many flights to London direct from Edinburgh International Airport. You can also consider taking the train, which leaves from Edinburgh Waverley Station, arriving in Kings Cross Station, London
